dip tank oven cleaning

The dip tank oven cleaning process explained:

  • This makes cleaning an electric or gas oven easy. All detachable parts of your cooker are removed and placed in a dip tank filled with an effective cleaning solution.
This method is especially useful when it comes to racks and trays that haven’t been cleaned for a long time. The detergent used effectively dissolves all the accumulated grease and grime.
  • Meanwhile, the cleaner thoroughly scrubs the rest of your cooker.
  • When all parts are perfectly clean, the technician will assemble your oven and test its functionality.
*You can use the appliance straight after the service but we recommend for you to turn it on for at least 15 minutes in order to evaporate the moisture.

Additional information:

  • Working to maintain and protect oven covers and interiors: from stainless steel to enamel, chrome to glass.
  • The service is performed in the customer’s kitchen. The technician doesn’t remove the appliance from the property.
  • Deep kitchen antiviral sanitization can be performed as a part of the oven cleaning service. It includes the treatment of all kitchen surfaces like kitchen tops, cupboards and appliances. The kitchen taps, floor, sink, splashback, light switches and doors will be cleaned using a non-hazardous and certified virucidal cleaner.
  • Reusable protective sheets and pads are used during the valeting service by the specialists, and no mess is left behind. In order for the service to take place, electricity and hot water are required.
  • We clean ovens from all manufacturers including the major ones Rangemaster, Smeg, Whirlpool, Rayburn, Neff, Stanley and more.
  • We work with local, insured cleaners in London and different parts of UK. For more information on our coverage, please call us.
  • You get a FREE Oven Shelf Guard at the price and a Teflon oven liner.
  • We also give a magnet with a TimeStrip to remind you when is the next time to get your oven professionally cleaned.

Q: What is your local coverage?

A: Most of the teams operate within London and areas nearby (outside M25). Also, we are partnering with local oven cleaning specialists in different parts of the UK. Please use our online booking form to instantly check if we cover your area.

Q: Can I get a service after your working hours or during the weekend?

A: Yes, and a service during the weekends comes at no extra charges. However, there is an additional charge for after work hours services.

Q: Do I have to do something before and after the kitchen sanitization service?

A: Yes, make sure to clear all the kitchen surfaces from cutlery and other items. The detergents we use are non-hazardous and meets EN 1276 certificate, however, the kitchen should be vacated within an hour so it can dry and aerated upon your return.

Q: What is an oven liner and how it's used?

A: The oven liner can be placed on the bottom of your oven and on the BBQ grill to protect the appliance from food spills and splashes while cooking. It has to be removed and washed regularly by hand or in a dishwasher. It can't be used for temperatures above 250°C and during self cleaning oven cycles. In case of misuse, we cannot be held responsible.

Q: How is the oven shelf guard used?

A: You can easily push it on the front of the shelf. It will protect you from burns when reaching into the oven. It should be washed regularly in the dishwasher or by hand with soapy water. Do not use the oven shelf guard during the self cleaning cycle or for temperatures above 250°C. Once again, in case of misuse we cannot be held responsible.

Q: Can I use the oven right after the service?

A: Yes, however we recommend to turn it on for 10-15 minutes to remove the excess moisture.

Q: Do you disassemble the entire appliance as part of the domestic oven cleaning service?

A: All removable parts that can be detached are submerged in cleaning solution. The rest of the cooker is scrubbed manually.

A: Yes, we can replace them, however you will need to provide the new ones as we do not offer supply and delivery as part of the service.

Q: Is access to hot water and electricity needed in order to perform the cleaning?

A: Yes, both are crucial for a successful clean. Hot water helps remove the grime and grease off the oven, the electricity on the other hand is needed for testing the cooker, to check if it’s working properly before and after the clean.

Q: Do you clean cookers that do not work?

A: Yes, we do. But if the cooker isn’t working, we will not be able to test it before and after the clean. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any oven related issues that may arise.
